Jose Victor began working with the AED/PCS team as a consultant in November, 1999. He worked in the coordination of all information, education and communication activities related with the Honduran Secretariat of Health's National Women's Health Communication Campaign. This communication campaign was part of the Ministry's initiative to reduce maternal mortality in Honduras. In April, 2001 he was hired as the Liaison Officer to continue working on AED/PCS's IEC projects in Honduras. For the coming year, Jose Victor will work closely with the Ministry of Health on a new National HIV/AIDS prevention campaign.  

Jose Victor is a native of Honduras and received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Masters in Marketing.
